1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Airtime Media Solutions ("we", "us", or "our"). By engaging our services for photography and videography, the client ("you", "your", or "Client") agrees to the following terms.

2. Booking and Confirmation 

2.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only when a written agreement or invoice is provided by Airtime Media Solutions. 

2.2. A non-refundable booking fee of 50% is required to secure any date. The balance is due upon completion of services, or as otherwise outlined in the invoice or agreement. 

2.3. Any additional expenses or requirements (e.g., travel, accommodation) must be communicated and agreed upon before the booking confirmation.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling 

3.1. Cancellations must be made in writing. If cancelled less than 14 days before the scheduled shoot, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost will apply. 

3.2. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be communicated in writing no less than 7 days prior to the scheduled date. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests; however, the non-refundable booking fee will not be returned if rescheduling cannot occur.

4. Services and Deliverables 

4.1. We will provide photography and/or videography services as agreed, tailored to your brief. 

4.2. Following the shoot, we will deliver edited images or videos within the timeframe outlined in our agreement, unless otherwise specified. Any additional retouching or edits outside the scope of the agreement may incur additional charges. 

4.3. Raw files will not be provided to the client unless agreed to in writing prior to the shoot.

5. Usage and Copyright 

5.1. Airtime Media Solutions retains the copyright of all photos and videos created during the assignment. 

5.2. Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the images and/or videos for personal or commercial use, as specified in the agreement. 

5.3. The images and videos may not be altered, edited, or modified in any way beyond the scope of the initial agreement without prior written consent. 

5.4. We reserve the right to use the work for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Payment Terms 

6.1. All invoices must be paid in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are due upon receipt, unless otherwise specified in the agreement. 

6.2. If full payment is not received within 60 days of the final deliverables, a late fee of 10% of the total invoice may be applied.

7. Limitation of Liability 

7.1. Airtime Media Solutions will take reasonable steps to ensure high-quality deliverables, but we cannot guarantee perfection in every shot or frame. We will not be held responsible for circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to inclement weather, uncooperative subjects, or unforeseen technical issues. 

7.2. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure or illness, our liability will be limited to refunding any fees paid or reshooting the assignment at no additional cost.

8. Indemnification The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Airtime Media Solutions from any claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise as a result of the use of the images or videos, including any legal costs.

9. Confidentiality All personal information, including but not limited to business strategies or confidential materials shared during the project, will remain confidential unless express written permission is provided by the Client.
